The studio
On the top floor, under a cathedral timber roof 4.5 metres at the ridge, a single 120 m² volume: the musical heart of the Domaine.
Designed as a versatile live room with a control room and vocal booth, the space suits a full-band rehearsal as much as an acoustic recording session, a mix review or a jam among friends with the audience on the sofas. Exposed beams, skylight daylight, wooden floor: a room that sounds — and that you live in.
The estate's seclusion — a 230 m private drive, no neighbours — means you can play loud and late, without constraint. The studio is part of the house and reserved for its guests.
Creative residencies
The Domaine hosts artists, bands, composers and producers on creative retreats: the whole house to sleep, cook and gather, the studio to work. Weekly packages, sound engineer and backline on request.
