In the wooded hills above Dijon, at the end of a 230-metre private drive, Domaine des Accords is an 1830 manor house entirely rethought, 6,000 m² of grounds without a single neighbour, a heated indoor pool, a vaulted cellar and a residential music studio. The estate is entrusted as a whole, to one household at a time, for stays of a week.

The home
Stone, oak and light: an 80 m² living room opening onto the main terrace, a 45 m² kitchen, five bedrooms, four terraces including a 100 m² terrace facing the woods.
The studio
A 120 m² room under a cathedral timber roof, designed with an acoustician: live room, control room, vocal booth. Play loud, play late, no neighbours — then dine for 24 under the beams.
Burgundy
The Climats de Bourgogne at the doorstep: private visits to Route des Grands Crus estates, Dijon and its City of Gastronomy, forests, vines and combes straight from the grounds.
Accord: a chord of music, a pairing of food and wine
The Domaine is named after what happens here: guitar chords under the timber roof, a Burgundy grand cru paired with a chef's cooking — and the rarer accord between a place and the people who inhabit it. A discreet address five minutes from Dijon's UNESCO-listed old town and 1 h 35 from Paris by TGV.

Domaine des Accords is not open to online booking. Every stay begins with a conversation: who you are, what you are coming for, what the house needs in order to give it to you.
We welcome one household at a time — a family, a circle of friends, an artist and their entourage — and never more than a few weeks a month. The rest of the time, the house lives its life as a home.
